We believe it is important that you feel safe sharing your personal data. We would like to stress, therefore, that we do not provide personal data to your employer or to third parties for commercial purposes. Whatever you discuss during a session with a counsellor is confidential and is not recorded.

Who is responsible for processing your data?

Yet B.V. (Chamber of Commerce: 41097850), based in Utrecht, is responsible for processing your personal data.

What does the privacy policy apply to?

The privacy statement applies to all our services and products. The statement is intended for customers and website visitors who share personal data with us.

Which personal data do we process?

When you book a session with us, we process your email address, payment code and the type of expert you want to speak to. We also process the topics of the decision aid on our website. Following a session, we record an estimate of your age, education level and gender. We also ask for feedback on how the session went.

What do we use your personal data for?

You consent online to the processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

We use your personal data to schedule a session with an expert. The discussion with the expert during the session is confidential and is not recorded.

We also process personal data to advise medium-sized and large employers on how to make their organisation healthier. In doing so, we only use anonymous data at group level. We ensure that the data can never be traced back to you as an individual.

To monitor and improve our services, we use your personal data for analysis and statistics. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

With whom do we share your personal data?

To process your data, we use other service providers within the EEA (processors). We only share your personal data with processors with whom we have entered into a data processor agreement. We never share your personal data with your employer. Furthermore, we do not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary. We delete your email address six months after the last contact moment. We keep pseudonymised data for a maximum period of four years.

We only use cookies that are required for using the website and needed to measure the use of the website anonymously.
